Great weather for our Open Day held yesterday (Sunday 12th May) on Lawns 6 and 7. A good decision to run it during the morning and afternoon this year. People turned up at 10am and some at 4:30pm! Many thanks to the Peels Tournament Manager for allowing us to have these two lawns. We had some great support from 15 members who greeted, hosted, demonstrated, chatted and presented the Club in a good light to our 75 adult visitiors and 12 children. We have 21 potential members who say they will be coming to the Taster Course starting this Tuesday (14th May) at 6pm, with a few more "possibles" – and room for one or 2 more should you know of anyone who may be interested.
